We will be making this delicious open-faced Caramelized Onion, Goat Cheese and Olive Tart in addition to a Blackberry-Peach Crostada, Zuccchini and Basil Frittata with Tomato Confit and Creme Fraiche, and Aged Cheddar and Bacon Crostada.
After ten awesome years, the owners of Pacific Wine and Kitchen are selling their business and moving on their next life journey, as parents to two lovely boys! Though I'm sad to see it go, I'm excited for the McCandlis family and the new adventures around the corner.
